Izaline Calister - Lady of Latin Jazz (painter Frank Croes)
During the promotion we do the Caribbean Sea Jazz Festival 2016 in our media, we receive much support and our friends, followers and related requested we informed us of what would happen from 22 to 25 September in Aruba (One Happy Island).

Months before, as is customary in organizations of festivals, already knew the line up of CSJF, and the same great friends included artists ours, if Andy Narell, Izaline Calister and Tony Succar. They were others like Kool & The Gang worthy representatives of pop, they still exist. And of course the rest raised expectations as Cesar Lopez & Habana Ensemble, Frankin Granadillo Jazz Orchestra, Carlos Bislip Caribbean Combo and more.

Friso Veenman contacted again, co-leader of CSJF with Erik Eman (its founder in 2007), and also to invite us also wont be master of ceremony at the Renaissance stage Divi MarketPlace, which we accepted.

Mr. Veenman to the days I was confirming the Laser flight and accommodation at the Marriott while Aruba Tourism Authority is responsible for transfers, rides and food, to make a good combination with excellent results.

On September 22 he left for the delicious island of Aruba, I limit my trips that are multiple, and that was in Palm Beach where I started sailing.

I was greeted at the airport by Mr. Ernest Oranjestad Giel, representing ATA, and we were about to wait for another guest who came in the same flight, Ms. Romina Guerra Inter. After being installed in the hotel we attend the press conference, in which participated numerous media Netherlands Antilles and International.

Before beginning the Press Conference CSJF greet friends Veenman and Eman, also Grace Orta Paz and others invited from Maracaibo Bogota, Lima, USA, Suriname; next to the living room was an area dedicated to the art of painting where observe an image of Izaline Calister, and asked the Licensed Guerra that took photography.

At the conference Kool & The Gang, Matt Bianco and Izaline Calister were present, and others were not tested or had come to Aruba.

Ask Erik Eman and Izaline Calister: What does Latin Jazz Means to You? and responses were exciting. In my book ¡¡Viva The Latin Jazz!!, to be released next find their answers and other performers of our musical genre.

The Caribbean and its people are unpredictable. Pleasant surprise was the presentation of the book commemorating the 10th Anniversary of CSJF by Mr Eman. A deluxe edition containing valuable and original photographs of all issues made so far. This contribution to the musical literature will be the subject of a special section.

In the opportunity I presented my considerations on Latin Jazz, its importance in the cultural development of peoples and the excellent performers who were present this year.

Dinner that day was at the Hostaria Da 'Vittorio where we were served by the owner Mr. Mascaniello. The next day, Friday 23, begins the action on stage...

¡¡Viva The Latin Jazz!!
